Meet Kathy

I’m Kathy - I’m a mom of an amazing teenage daughter and the owner and designer behind this small graphic design business.  

I grew up in the small rural southwest town of Mansfield, Missouri. I relocated to North Carolina in 2012 and am currently in Denver, just a few miles from beautiful Lake Norman. Living near the lake and being a short drive from the beach and the mountains has been like living a dream. I am a nature-lover whose bucket list includes thru-hiking the Appalachian Trail. When I’m not working, you can find me reading a Nicholas Sparks book, binge-watching old TV shows, walking at the park, or playing with our dogs, Sirius and PJ. 

I fell in love with graphic design when I learned to use photoshop to help at a photography and graphics studio almost 20 years ago. This is where I created my very first logo and wedding invitation suite. Despite falling in love with design then, my life took me other directions for a while. Law school called my name.

While earning a law degree, I continued to design wedding and birthday party invitations for friends and family. I also had the opportunity to volunteer in a small business clinic, working with clients who were setting up a new business or reorganizing their current one. I learned that I love helping small businesses get off the ground! Hearing all the new and soon-to-be business owners talk about THEIR passion, helped me find mine! My goal is to learn as much about you, your business mission, goals, and values to bring your vision to life!

I love hearing the life stories of my clients surround their dream wedding, business. or special event! My clients are each unique and their personalities, experiences, values, goals, dreams, colors and music all go into what help create memorable and amazing stationery and party details. I have never been to a wedding where I didn't cry. I'm a hopeless romantic who loves being a tiny part in your special occasions.
